Cross hair's are actually surveyor's mark's. Now, the bullseye portrayed in some of the "democrat maps" are pretty much exactly that.

ALL YOU NEED DO IS MAKE A FOLDER CALLED CUSTOM AND DRAG THE CROSSHAIR FOLDER INSIDE, WORKS EVEN FOR DARK GUNZ, THEN CHOOSE CUSTOM FROM CROSS HAIRS IN MISC MENU OPTIONS

If like this down load!
then put in ijji\ENGLISH\Gunz\CUSTOM\CROSSHAIR folder
then use custom cross hair in games options
