Well I fixed link changed to Dropbox which is where all downloads will come from now as it is quicker

Run any game in windowed mode
this will let you run any game in windowed mode
just make sure you use add button in menu and pick your game exe
not the launcher pick direct x 9 leave other fields alone or your mouse might not work with screen environment right.
