"To increase the priority of the foreground application's scanning of the keyboard, add the KeyBoostTime= setting to the [386Enh] section of the SYSTEM.INI file. You can do this with a text editor such as Notepad.

The system.ini file is located in "c:/windows" for those who cant find it. Evil or Very Mad

The KeyBoostTime default setting is:

KeyBoostTime=.001

The recommended value is:

KeyBoostTime=.005 I use .007 myself

Increase the setting in small increments until you achieve the desired response.

Restart Windows for the change to take effect. Twisted Evil
